Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms govern access to the Justo platform. By registering an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. The platform serves hotel businesses and their representatives only; individual guests are not parties to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Justo offers hotels:

The service integrates with Meta's Instagram Messaging API and is subject to Meta's Platform Terms in addition to these Terms.

Users must not violate any applicable laws or Meta's Platform Terms, send spam, collect unnecessary guest data, reverse-engineer the platform, resell access without permission, connect unauthorized Instagram accounts, or use the AI agent to make legally binding commitments on behalf of the hotel without human review.

5. AI Agent — Important Limitations

The AI agent provides automated responses based on your knowledge base. It may produce inaccurate or incomplete responses. Hotel staff remain responsible for critical requests. Justo is not responsible for AI responses that contain inaccuracies, hallucinations, or misunderstandings. Clients must ensure knowledge base accuracy, verify booking confirmations, and review multi-language content.

6. Instagram Integration

By connecting Instagram, clients authorize Justo to receive and send messages on behalf of their account using the Instagram Messaging API. Compliance with Meta's Platform Terms and Community Guidelines is mandatory. Clients may disconnect anytime; Justo will delete access tokens and unsubscribe from webhook events within 24 hours.

7. Data and Privacy

Data processing follows Justo's Privacy Policy. Clients acknowledge agreement to the Privacy Policy by using the Service. Clients serve as data controllers; Justo acts as a data processor on their behalf. Clients must inform guests about AI processing and cannot instruct Justo to violate data protection laws.

8. Subscription and Payment

Subscriptions operate on monthly or annual billing cycles. Fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. Pricing changes require 30 days' notice. Non-payment can result in account suspension and Instagram disconnection.

9. Intellectual Property

The Justo platform, its code, design, trademarks, and all proprietary technology remain the exclusive property of Justo. Clients retain ownership of knowledge base content and conversation data. Justo receives a limited, non-exclusive license to process client content solely to provide the Service. The platform does not use hotel data for AI model training.

10. Uptime and Service Availability

Justo targets 99% monthly uptime for the core messaging service. Planned maintenance receives 24-hour advance notice. Justo bears no liability for Meta API outages.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate with 30 days' written notice. Justo may suspend or terminate an account immediately for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, or violation of Meta's Platform Terms. Access disables and data deletes within 30 days post-termination, except legally required retention. Clients may export conversation history beforehand.

12. Limitation of Liability

Justo's total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount the client paid to Justo in the three (3) months preceding the claim. Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages are excluded.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction where Justo is registered. Meta's terms apply to Platform-related matters.

14. Changes to Terms

Material changes receive email notification at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use signifies acceptance.
